2.3. All sales are concluded directly between the customer and a licensed distributor. Whisky Project Ltd acts solely as a commercial agent, facilitating product presentation, order collection, and secure pre-authorisation of payments.

6.1. Orders represent an offer to purchase whisky from a licensed distributor associated with Whisky Project Ltd.
6.2. Whisky Project Ltd acts as a commercial agent, managing order intake and payment pre-authorisation.
6.3. Upon order submission, Whisky Project Ltd initiates a card pre-authorisation (valid for 21 days) to verify payment validity. If an order is not confirmed by a distributor within that period, the pre-authorisation is automatically released.
6.4. After receiving order details, the distributor contacts the customer within 14 days to confirm availability, verify age, and finalise local terms.
6.5. Once confirmed and accepted, funds are charged and transferred directly to the licensed distributor. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the pre-authorisation is cancelled and funds released.
6.6. Whisky Project Ltd may cancel an order without reason, particularly if (a) no distributor operates in that jurisdiction; (b) age verification fails; (c) false information is provided; or (d) the distributor cannot contact the customer. Pre-authorised funds will be unblocked immediately.
6.7. Payments are processed securely through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., regulated by the CSSF. Whisky Project Ltd does not hold customer funds.
6.8. All offers are subject to availability. Certain products may be unavailable in some jurisdictions due to regulatory or distributor limitations.
6.9. Product unavailability. If a product becomes unavailable after order submission, the customer will be notified immediately. No charge will occur, and any pre-authorised amount will be released.
6.10. Record retention. Order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of six (6) years to comply with legal, accounting, and tax requirements.
7.1. All displayed prices include VAT, excise duties, customs fees, and mandatory charges.
